someone tried the door from the adjoining room late at night. there was loud shouting in the corridors late at night. i had some issues with the high tops car park system (it didn't recognise my number plate).

The reception staff was very polite during check-in. A receptionist arranged an early check-in. The breakfast on Sunday accommodated a gluten-intolerant request. The manager and staff facilitated a special dietary requirement with attentiveness. Checkout matched the check-in experience, demonstrating consistent quality.

The pillows provided were not particularly comfortable, which affected my sleep quality slightly.

The receptionist was excellent when i arrived later than expected, around 9 pm. she was very attentive and engaging and the instructions were clear. the guidance on parking was very good and she came to check we were happy with our room. the breakfast waiters were great and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

the staff are really lovely. corina at reception was so helpful and francisco at breakfast were really nice. i loved the breakfast sausages and bacon rashers they were thick and tasty. it really did set us up well for our space museum visit.

the room was freezing cold. the heating didn't work so i was cold all night. i didn't see a radiator in the corner until i was leaving. the receptionist knew the room was cold, but i wasn't told to use it.
